The tag says it’s a size 6, but you can adjust it to fit to a size 4
I’m about 5’4 1/2 and it fit amazing with and without inch heels

It is a strapless dress but I added a tie in the back so it is more sturdy.

There is a slight stain in the front as well as a tear where the bustle was
